Bolt City can immediately be seen after exiting from Camsakell Forest. The only visible water source in the entire city is a small fountain at it's heart, though there are underground wells that provide water to the residents. Trainers may need to rest and restock after their long journey from Nirven, and this is the last place for a while to do so.

There is a somewhat high population, but only a few actual trainers. Most of the people just lead simple lives with their Pokemon. Well, perhaps not so simple, considering that due to its abundance of Electric-types, the city is quite modern in terms of technology. Electronic equipment is found everywhere.

There is a Gym, located past the Pokemon Center and Mart. The leader specializes in Electric Pokemon, so be prepared. Trainers should not be so fool hardy as to think that a water type could breeze through this Gym. A contest hall is located near the central fountain where coordinators can compete to earn ribbons. A Ranger Station and Police Station are also located in the city, the Ranger station being close to the Route Three exit and the Police station in the center near the fountain area.
